New Franchises

Educor is currently not expanding its South African franchise footprint, and is only looking for Damelin franchisees or joint venture partners in the Southern African Development Community (SADC).

New franchisees will only be considered once they have provided us with a comprehensive business plan detailing the following:

• The business (income generation) that can be expected from the area
• The potential future growth and expansion of the area
• Demonstrable financial strength of the current  company where applicable
• A detailed CV of the shareholders, detailing business acumen or any specific knowledge they have of running an educational organisation
• Details of the specific location of the proposed site and assurance that it does not encroach on any existing franchise or branch territory.

Thereafter, Damelin management will arrange a meeting with the proposers and a visit to the intended site to ensure that the building meets the standards required for education and that adequate transportation is available to and from the site. At this point, CVs of possible lecturers need to be handed in.

Terms and conditions of payment and the agreement will be discussed. Once all these are agreed to, and the Damelin Board has endorsed the decision, proceedings will commence.
