Changes at Educor: A new management team and strategy promise renewed focus on academic excellence:

Cape Town, August 2, 2007

The Educor Group, which consists of, among others, distance learning colleges INTEC and Damelin Correspondence College, as well as face-to-face offering Damelin, has appointed a new management team and streamlined its organisational structure.

INTEC has over 100 000 active students and more than 100 years experience in delivering quality private education. Damelin has been offering quality private education for over 62 years and has over 40 Campuses countrywide offering face-to-face tuition, full-time, part-time classes and short programmes. Both colleges have produced successful alumni and students who have effectively contributed to South Africa's economy.

The aim of the new management team is to improve the group's business model, to enhance its offering to students and ensure it is equipped to function more effectively in South Africa's private education arena. The restructuring of the group has also been undertaken in order to ensure a renewed focus on academic excellence within the group.
