Educating our Staff

Online Staff Development

Technology has grown rapidly and has certainly changed the face of the day to day operations within the higher education sector. In order to remain relevant and progress in this ever-changing, dynamic space, it is vital that staff are trained and developed within the workplace. The recent launch of the online platform at Educor Holdings offers Short Learning Programmes (SLPs) that are specific to staff and their jobs. In this way all staff (both academic and administrative) can be trained without the cost of travelling or taking time off from their busy schedule to leave the classroom or office for long periods. By utilising the online platform EH can provide its employees with relevant tools, techniques and methodologies that are needed to achieve their individual as well as organisational goals.
